The project`s goal is to monitor the respect of human rights and of the dignity of migrants according to EU standards, during the operations of forced return done by the General Inspectorate for Immigration (pre return, the return procedure itself, transits, arrival/ reception if applicable in the country of return).
The target group is represented by:
• foreigners and stateless persons who are in the Centres of accommodation for the foreigners taken into public custody and who are actually removed from the territory by escorting them to the state border of Romania or to the country of origin or destination,
• unaccompanied minor foreigners subjected of removal decision from Romanian territory and who are accompanied to the country of origin or destination,
• foreigners subjected to a return decision under escort and who are removed from the territory within 24 hours from tracing, by leading them to the state border of Romania.
