CNRR provides legal counseling and assistance, interpretation and legal representation in court, to thrid country nationals who are subject of a return decision, providing further guarantees related to the possibility to make use of legal remedies.

• Legal assistance and counselling on the measure of being taken in public custody, on the means of appealing a return decision and other procedural documents, as stipulated by law.

• Legal representation in court for foreigners subject to a return decision, according to their particular situation

• Informing and training interprets and recently recruited lawyers on legal procedures

Target group

• Foreign citizens who are subject of a removal decsion under escort, from public custody centers in Arad and Otopeni.

• Foreign citizens subject of a return decision, who had legal stay on Romanian territory and want to remain here.
